I'm not sure if I'm the right person to advise other people about their art, as mine is full of failures as well - but I will give it a try:
The eyes seem odd, especially the left one.
The shadow on the ground seems to belong to another lightsource than the body-shadows.
These are the points I see which should be improved.
The other parts - general lightning, hairs, anatomy and proportions are quite well.
